MTVShops SUCKS ASS
Ok, so now I am annoyed again. I think recently I have just been in an uber pissy mood all around. Feel like screaming.
I ordered some dvds off of MTVShop Online. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM. Apparently, the people at MTV don't look past the first name, and so somebody else who had the name "Ginger" got MY order while I got their "Scooby-Doo" video on VHS *whirl of finger along with roll of eyes*. So, I want to actually RETURN this thing so that I can get my right DVDs. I go onto their website to hopefully talk to someone. But apparently nowadays, that's not possible anymore. Not only that, there is NO way for me to TELL them that they sent me the wrong thing and get some sort of response from them in a timely manner. The webpage said they would get back to me in SEVEN TO TEN business days. WTF? And then, the FAQ for "wrong item" sends you right to the "return item" which basically forces you to log in and then select the product you ordered and pretend that they sent you the right thing and now you want to send it back. WTF.
I am NEVER ordering from MTVShop again. STUPID.
