Simulation
Don't you hate it when your advisor tells you to do something, and because you have been lacking sleep and have the mental capacity of a three year old at the moment, can't quite pinpoint why her suggestion sounds wrong, so you go and implement what she says, and then realize, AFTER running the simulations and are having a bitch of a time analyzing the results, realize that she was completely wrong in the first place?
Yeah. I hate that. Boo.
Oh, but I DO like my run-on, long-ass sentence. :)

so your last sentance say "I DO like my run-on,...." I read it as "I DO like my hard-on,....."
