Suckage
After slaving (ok, not really but partially) away for the last week on my paper, 28 hours before the submission deadline, I find a HUGE (wait, I need emphasis HUGE hole in one of my proofs. This, in itself, is Not A Good Thing. We'd thought out mostly everything else, and then Mike is like, "oh, we should find an implementation that is X". Turns out that the only way to make X true is to make Y true, and Y CANNOT be true. If Y is true, then our whole paper falls apart. So, our paper has fallen apart.
And oddly enough, I am calm about this. Disappointed, but calm.
It maybe that I have been thinking about this paper for too long in too short amount time.
Pray for a miracle/epiphany to happen. Or I will be one grumpy girl when I go on vacation.

BOoooooo....this sucks :( ....I guess this is why I make sure none of my papers prove anything :D
