A reason
A conversation with one of my PhD gettin' friends:
Me: Yeah, I'm really nervous about the whole interview questions thing. I don't remember anything about algorithms and programming...
Him: Hmm...yeah me too, I don't remember any algorithm crap from undergrad. *PAUSE* SO...that's the reason why you should get a PhD! Because then when you interview they don't ask you stupid stuff like that! You give a twenty minute presentation on your research and then have mini interviews with the faculty where you talk about buying houses and mortgages! It's so much easier!
Yep. That's the reason I'm gonna stay in the Phd program. I'm *totally* convinced now. Why was I ever vacillating? :P Hahahah.
