It's diet time!
Today I went bikini hunting. This was.........abysmal.
I need to work on some stuff. All around my body. It needs help.
SO! I've decided to start journaling what I eat. Maybe if I make it public, it'll make me more likely to eat healthier b/c I am vain and don't want others to know that I secretly gorge on brownies all the time. So. I'm gonna start with today. :) It's boring. I know.
Breakfast:
1 onion pancake (made by yours truly, from scratch!)
1/2 bowl of watery rice congee
2 egg whites + 1 egg yolk scrambled with chinese radish
Lunch:
leftover sausage and pepper pasta from mac grill
leftover fried fish from princeton's seafood
leftover caesar salad (with no salad dressing!)
5 cherries
leftover egg custard bun
Snack:
Double shot low-fat cafe latte
Dinner:
4 ounces (maybe?) of porterhouse steak
1/4 lb king snow crab (holy shit that is good)
1 corn (with no butter or salt!)
spring salad mix (no dressing)
It's not great. But I'm gonna work on it. Think I'm gonna try to cut out cheese, most breads (I still have a loaf left), anything deep fried, and pastas. I think I'm basically going on a low carb diet. Hope I can stick with it.
