Pet peeve of the day: Don't pretend you're not there when you are. That's annoying.
Saturday:
Breakfast:
onion pancake with scrambled egg
1/2 cup skim milk
Lunch:
1 Clif Bar
Handful of strawberries
Snack:
1 Whole Foods coconut fig roll (it was a sample)
Sample piece of pizza from Whole Foods
Medium iced cofee
Dinner:
1/2 whole wheat pita with a little bit of hummus
grilled salmon on spring mix salad with tomatoes
Snack (at 3 in the morning):
1/3 plate Osha's Pad See You
One good thing about eating light for dinner: two watered down drinks still does the trick.
