Salsa!
Never thought I would go to a salsa class where there were more GUYS than girls. But apparently, at Stanford, this is true. For BOTH the classes I took today. Hahaha. Only in the Bay area does this happen. Maybe I mean to say, Silicon Valley...
Wednesdays are fast becoming my favorite day: my favorite step class followed by two hours of salsa. Sweet. :)
Tuesday:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup hemp granola + 3/4 cup fat free soy milk
Snack:
1 cup weird Yak milk tea stuff (wasn't so hot)
Lunch:
Catered Indian food (so yum). Chicken Tikka Masala, samosa, aloo gobi, naan, carrot halwa, some okra dish.
Snack:
1 slice of chocolate cake (I caved...there was a sheet of it!!)
1 orange
Dinner:
Leftover Mac Grill pasta
1 corn on cob
Wednesday:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup Hemp granola + 3/4 cup soy milk (I am so boring...)
Snack:
Taiwanese plum snack thingie
Lunch:
Leftover Indian - samosa, chicken tandoori + tikka masala sauce, naan, okra
Dinner:
1 whole wheat pita stuffed with 2 slices of ham + 1 slice low-fat swiss cheese + 2 slices tomatoes + spinach. SSSOOO good.
1 white peach
I guess I did ok today in terms of eating except for lunch. Forgot how much I miss Indian food. Hmm...maybe I need to explore some more good Indian food places to eat.
