I did it AGAIN
I swear. I am an idiot.
Last night, one of my friends had a "wedding" where we watched Wedding Crashers. The invite said 9:00pm.
What time did *I* think it was?
7:30.
Yeah, so I'm driving to her friend's place to watch the movie around 7:50 (b/c I am always late). She calls and I'm like, "I'm almost there! Sorry I'm late!" and she goes, "What are you talking about?"
And I have a minor panic attack. DID I PICK THE WRONG DAY AGAIN?! And I'm like "your wedding?" which she responds with "that's at 9:00. I was calling to see if you wanted to carpool. BUT SINCE YOU ARE ALREADY THERE..."
So, I was an hour earlier than expected. I was going to be at a friend of a friend's place an hour early.
Thank goodness there was a Whole Foods off of the exit. I spent an hour roaming Whole Foods. Every aisle was perused by me at least three times. I even discovered they have Beehouse teapots!
And amazingly enough. Even though I was at their exit an hour early. I still managed to get to the house 20 minutes late.
I am that good. :P

you know, i think if i were the host, i'd would have second-guessed myself and thought that i had gotten the date wrong instead of you. but then i would have figured it out pretty quickly and then laughed at you :) it's ok, happens to me all the time. i always get movie times wrong...
