Huh.
My only comment after a few hours of baking:
chocolate tofu cheesecake tastes like TOFU.
I dunno why you would call it cheesecake. It doesn't taste remotely like cheesecake. It doesn't even have the same consistency as cheesecake! I think it should be called a tofucake. That's all there is to it.
