Update update update
Las Vegas = fun! First time and I won money. Go me. :) Not much sleep, but lots of blackjack and penny slots. Went to see Zumanity. Show was good. Seeing friends from college was super awesome. Vegas is hot, but it's still fun. We're gonna make it an annual thing. It's been decided.
Company IPO'ed on Wednesday. Celebrated with champagne today! Need to wait forever to sell, but still. IPO!
Made pork tenderloins (Stuffed Pork Tenderloins with Bacon and Apple-Riesling Sauce) from Food & Wine tonight! Friend and I wanted to hook up two people, we were not very successful. But, on other hand, food was yum. Never made a whole pork tenderloin before. Never grilled pork before. Was fun.
Takeaways from the evening:
1. Making food for 1) twelve people and 2) people who have never had my food before was nerve-racking.
2. Need to learn how to make food look prettier.
3. I want a big kitchen, and I need an apron.
Tomorrow I get to go swimming! Hope I don't drown. Hahaha.
