Are you freaking kidding me?!

So, let me preface this entry with: I think my manager is the suck. So, of course, everything (if I ever) post about him might be colored.

Anyway, we recently rolled of a milestone deadline. We're supposed to move onto our next tasks. Except, our schedule is completely wrong. Or, as I would like to say "out of date" since you know, it is not a true reflection of what is going on. So, I tell him this. "Manager, our schedule is out of date. It doesn't reflect what we have to do, or our time lines. People are confused as what they should do." He spends FIVE FREAKING MINUTES arguing with me that "The schedule hasn't been changed in five weeks. Therefore, it is not out of date. It is just incorrect. We haven't made any changes to it." I SHIT YOU NOT. He seriously argued with me over wording? Like, what...if it is "incorrect" that is a better reflection on his part?! I have no idea. But the POINT of the statement was, "FIX THE ***** SCHEDULE". Sometimes (ok, always), I don't get him. UGH.
