Amazingly out of shape

So...I'm trying to put together a schedule for myself (aka steal the training off of the Nike website) for this summer to get me ready for my next major run(marathon/half, I haven't decided yet). And the schedules I am looking at require me to run 6 times a week. WHO FREAKING RUNS THAT OFTEN? Usually I can get in 2 per week, and if I get in 3 that means I being super dedicated. So, I'm trying to wrap my brain around dedicating SSOOO much time to running. I really do want to improve my time, but I'm not sure I can have that much dedication.

And because of that...I feel super out of shape. Blah.
